BAFFLED IN NACTON
In 1983 Jim Vollmar of The Greylag Press – at the time a very well-respected small independent poetry publisher – invited me to send him a few poems with a view to publishing a slim pamphlet. I was flattered, because while I’d had poems in a few magazines they didn’t really amount to much. Anyway, the result was ‘Baffled in Nacton’, and reading it 40 years later I rather think its 9 poems are not at all bad. Well, sort of . . .
It’s out of print, of course.
